This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy is provided by Wanderlust Cravings LLC (“we,” “us,” and “our”). It supplements our general Privacy Policy, available at https://wanderlustcravings.com/privacy.
This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy applies to Washington residents and to any individual whose consumer health data is collected in Washington, and it serves as our consumer health data privacy policy under Washington's My Health My Data Act. "Consumer health data" means personal information that is linked or reasonably linkable to you and that identifies your past, present, or future physical or mental health status. The consumer health data we collect includes health information you provide to us — such as disabilities, pre-existing medical conditions, and dietary restrictions or allergies — and any data we derive from it. We collect this data directly from you (and, where applicable, from a parent, guardian, or other authorized adult booking on your behalf), and we use it to assess the suitability of travel arrangements, to make and manage your bookings, and to coordinate the services you have requested.
We share consumer health data only as needed to provide the travel products and services you request. The categories of consumer health data we share are the health and accessibility details relevant to your booking. We share this data with the categories of third parties who fulfill your booking — including airlines, hotels and other accommodations, cruise lines, tour operators, destination management companies, and transportation and activity providers — and with service providers that support our operations. We may also share it with our affiliate host agency, Fora Travel, Inc. We do not sell your consumer health data.
Except where collection or sharing is necessary to provide a product or service you have requested, we collect your consumer health data only with your consent for a specified purpose, and we obtain a separate and distinct consent before sharing it. We will not collect, use, or share your consumer health data for any category or purpose not described in this Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy without first obtaining your consent, and we will not sell it without your separate, signed written authorization.
You have the right to confirm whether we are collecting, sharing, or selling your consumer health data and to access that data, including a list of all third parties and affiliates with whom we have shared it; to withdraw your consent to our collection and sharing of it; and to have it deleted. When you request deletion, we will delete the data from our records, including backup and archived systems, and will notify our affiliates, processors, and third parties to do the same. We will respond to your request within 45 days (which may be extended once by an additional 45 days where reasonably necessary, with notice to you), and we maintain a process for you to appeal any refusal to act.
